I presently have one of these bird feeders , that has faded and started cracking (bought 5 years ago). I would like to replace it with a new one and would like info on where I could buy a new one or how I could aquire one . Even if it's warranted for Life , I just want to know where I can get a new one ,I really don't want a substitute , I've used this old one and Love it , Lowes appears to have quit stocking this particular feeder. If I can get this old one replaced by warranty Great ! If not I still would like a new one,I have the original box it came in...
Thank You,

The good news is that all of the Opus feeders seem to have a lifetime warranty. Other people who have reported issues after a few years of use have gotten a replacement free. Try giving Opus a call at 800 809 1819 or emailing customerservice@opususa.com .
